Cardio Kicks

Martial Arts kicks combined with boxing punches for a kick-butt, stress relieving, bag-pounding, sweat pouring, awesome workout!

Cardio Kicks at the Norwalk Tae Kwon-Do Academy is the perfect program for people interested in a great workout without the formality of a Tae Kwon-Do class.

Our aerobic kick boxing classes are taught by certified aerobic kick boxing instructors.

Boot Camp

Boot Camp is a well rounded fitness/conditioning class for men and women of all fitness levels.

Each Boot Camp is a 6 week program.

Monday and Wednesday 7:15pm - 8:00pm
